Warrenton Toyota

The Warrenton Toyota Scion dealership on Route 29 was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget and features the new “Toyota USA Image II” look for Toyota buildings.

Designed by William Rush, the building was constructed with splitfaced block and an EPDM roofing system and includes a large vehicle showroom, sales and executive offices, 19‐bay service department, parts department, detailing area and carwash. The two‐story main entry is striking with an illuminated glass entry portal and an ACM paneled façade in gray and white leading into the building. The office and showroom area features a geothermal HVAC system providing considerable energy savings for the dealership. Other features of the building include a second story balcony inside the showroom, porcelain tile flooring throughout with durable tile for the service bays, and executive and administrative offices on the second level.
