Village Landscaping

Village Landscape, a commercial and residential landscaping company, contracted with Miller Brothers under a negotiated guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract for their 10,000 square foot office building with all sitework being completed by the owner’s own forces.

This pre-engineered building, utilizing the latest in HVAC and electrical equipment, has 3,000 square feet of finished office space on two levels with executive offices and conference rooms, and 7,000 square feet of warehouse/mechanic shop area in the rear. Constructed with slab-on-grade, this is a steel frame building with exterior liner panels and ground face block walls, and a standing seam metal roof. By efficiently managing the project, Miller Brothers was able to deliver the project ahead of schedule and under budget for the owner.
