Loudoun County service center

To better serve their customers, NOVEC retained Miller Brothers to build this multi ‐structure complex on their 67 acre site in Loudoun County. The main structure of masonry and steel is comprised of a 20,620 sf, 2 story building, that in addition to office area, contains a work‐out/gym area and locker/shower rooms; connected to the office, is a 8,690 sf. high bay warehouse.  Out‐buildings include a 3,000 sf PEMB vehicle maintenance facility for maintaining, washing, and refueling bucket trucks; a 7,430 sf PEMB Vehicle and Truck Shelter with 12 truck lanes; and another Truck Shelter, 6,120 sf PEMB, that holds 7 truck lanes.  Energy efficient features on the project include VRV based HVAC system, dimmable LED lighting; 100% generator backup; along with structural & electrical provisions to ac‐ commodate future photovoltaic panels.

This repeat Customer’s expectations were exceeded when the project was turned over 72 days ahead of schedule.
