Mcnair Elementary renovation

The facility is comprised of media rooms, computer rooms, classrooms, administrative offices, library, gymnasium, cafeteria (also used as an auditorium) and commercial kitchen with the addition of storage, maintenance and mechanical rooms. The school was constructed over a landfill, which posed unique challenges with the extensive site work. Nevertheless, Miller Brothers overcame the delays caused by the soils conditions and the school opened on time.
