Iron bridge restaurant

This project was a build‐out of a historic building on a developed corner lot in old town Warrenton, Virginia. The first the phase was the demolition of the existing retail shops. The second phase of this build‐out included retrofitting walls, adding two commercial kitchens in the basement and on the first level, the addition of some liquid marble floors, historical preservation of the mantles and existing hardwood floors, painting the interior and exterior of the building, upgrading the power, new HVAC and ductwork, and the installation of two bars and new restrooms.
