GMU presidents park renovations

george mason university president’s park student housing phase 2A & phase 1B

The Adams Hall and the Washington‐Madison Hall buildings, built in the 1970s, were both completely renovated in preparation of the GMU students arriving in Fall to occupy the buildings. The initial stage of the project was the complete interior demolition followed closely by the installation of new electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, fixtures, hardware, paint, flooring, drop ceilings, masonry, drywall and finishes. This project was delivered on time by Miller Brothers under an accelerated schedule of only 80 days.
