Gastroenterology Associates Medical Building is a medical office building in Fredericksburg next to Mary Washington Hospital Center. The building has three levels with two procedure rooms, nine recovery areas, a break room and offices on the lower level, twelve exam rooms, six medical offices, medical record storage, reception and waiting area on the main level and an unfinished upper level. It also has an endoscopy procedure suite.
