Curious Minds

Through a competitive GC interviewing selection process, Miller Brothers was brought in early to the planning process, beginning by helping the Owner, herself a teacher, verify that the chosen lot was a fit for their square footage needs within the compact footprint which also had to meet homeowners’ association exterior requirements. We worked side by side with the Owner, from concept, permitting to post-occupancy, and upon completion, returned cost savings to the Owner under the guaranteed maximum price contract. The project is Design/Build with a healthy indoor environment and incorporates elements specific to Montessori design throughout, particularly its connection to nature at the playground that utilizes natural grass, climbing on real logs and other similar design features to engage the child.
