Country Chevrolet

The Country Chevrolet of Warrenton dealership on Lee Highway was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. This dealership added an addition and re‐construction which is part of the EBE, “Essential Brand Elements” program.

Through working closely with the Owner, the project was broken into three phases: renovation of office spaces, renovation of “public” spaces and the replacement of the old showroom. Phasing of the project resulted in a significantly reduced impact to the Owner’s ongoing sales and service operations. Renovations included new flooring and painting as well as new lighting, replacement of the existing toilet rooms for ADA conformance and modifications to the HVAC systems. The new showroom and added service write‐up addition included installation of new foundations and slab areas, steel and masonry structure, and finishes including porcelain tile floors throughout, extensive curtain wall, stamped concrete and metal clad wall panels on the exterior.
