Country Chevrolet of Warrenton Car Detail Center

This building provides support services for the County Chevrolet family of dealerships for refurbishment and detailing of vehicles for sale. The 18,000 square foot building includes 7 vehicle service bays with lits, 6 vehicle detail bays, 2 wash bays, a photo booth with an in‐round turntable, and other support spaces. The construction consists of a pre‐engineered metal building on a concrete foundation. The exterior walls and roof are metal-clad insulated panels providing attractive, low maintenance, and energy-efficient building envelope. Space is heated with recycled oil furnaces. Full glass overhead doors and a ribbon of aluminum windows provide abundant natural lighting. All floors are finished with durable AutoStone porcelain tile. The sitework included a significant undercut of the entire building pad due to the poor existing soils.
