This facility features high‐end finishes throughout with resident rooms, two full commercial kitchens, dining room, library, activities area, medical examination rooms, physical therapy facilities, Alzhei‐mer’s wing, siƫng rooms and courtyards. We worked closely with County officials to obtain final inspection on a phase‐by‐phase basis, allowing the owner to occupy and furnish some areas ahead of overall occupancy. This project won an award from NVBIA for excellence in assisted living construction.
