Atlantic Union Bank
Atlantic Union Bank Formerly Known as Middleburg Bank
This bank branch office has been awarded LEED Silver Certification with the use of many sustainable products throughout. These products include a geothermal HVAC system, low flush toilets, reduced wattage lighting fixtures, green building paint products on the interior, and formaldehyde-free products and materials. Constructed of light gauge metal framing with a brick veneer, standing seam metal roof, and a decorative cupola, this branch is both attractive and functional. This is the second bank branch Miller Brothers has constructed under a negotiated contract for this client.
“This branch is the first LEED Silver building in the City of Leesburg and the first LEED Silver banking facility in Loudoun County. This building will use approximately 38% less energy and 46% less water than a standard building of its genre.”
Also built branches in Gainesville, Virginia with LEED Gold Certification and Ashburn, Virginia.
