Miller Brothers completed the 10,320-sf office space in August of 2011. Building is wood frame construction consisting of 2×6 walls and engineered floor trusses. Enhancing the third floor/mezzanine level, is a vaulted ceiling with large beams. Due to bad soils, helical piers were used to stabilize the foundation. The building is clad with Hardi Plank siding and a standing seam metal roof. Crown moldings and various other trim materials were used in keeping with the look of Old Town Leesburg.
