Trade Center West

Project consists of a new 14,000 SF building with combination of one story office and warehouse. Work included site/utilities improvements, footings/foundation, masonry veneer and masonry single white wall assemblies, steel frame with light gage metal studs, overhead roll-up doors, storefront entrances/window assemblies, EPDM roof, MEP’s. Tenant fit-out incorporated a high level of interior finishes and details.
