Our team made recommendations leading to the incorporation of two large modular mezzanines and strategically located clerestories which enhance the natural light throughout the manufacturing and administrative space. Another special feature was the installation of a radiant floor heat system, which, at the time of design and installation, was the largest installation of its kind in the Mid‐Atlantic Region.
